Terms of Service

I. Preliminary Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website www.dispace.uk, hereinafter referred to as the "Website".
  2. The owner and administrator of the Website is Dispace, conducting business at 14A Reidvale St, Glasgow G31 1SZ.
  3. Using the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
  4. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Changes come into effect upon their publication on the Website.

II. Definitions

  1. "User" - a natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit without legal personality, using the Website.
  2. "Service" - any actions provided by Dispace on behalf of the User, particularly website design, e-commerce stores, branding, SEO, and advertising campaigns.
  3. "Form" - the electronic application form available on the Website.
  4. "Order" - the User submitting a request for a Service via the Form, email, or telephone.

III. Rules for Using the Website

  1. The User agrees to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good customs, and these Terms of Service.
  2. It is prohibited to provide content of an unlawful, vulgar, or offensive nature, or content that violates the rights of third parties.
  3. The User bears full responsibility for the content posted on the Website.
  4. The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Website arising from technical reasons, force majeure, or maintenance work.

IV. Placing Orders

  1. The User may place an Order by:
    • completing the Form on the Website,
    • emailing info@dispace.uk,
    • calling +44 7476 052809.
  2. Placing an Order is tantamount to accepting these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Administrator undertakes to respond to the Order within 24 working hours.
  4. The provision of the Service commences after signing the contract or agreeing on project details.

V. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices quoted by the Administrator are expressed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not apply to Orders already accepted for fulfillment.
  3. Payments for Services can be made via bank transfer, payment card, or other available electronic payment methods.
  4. For projects valued over £1,000, the Administrator may require an advance payment of up to 50% of the Service value.

VI. Provision of Services

  1. The deadline for providing the Service is agreed individually with the User and depends on the scope of the project.
  2. The User agrees to deliver all necessary materials (texts, photographs, logos) within the timeframe agreed with the Administrator.
  3. A delay in delivering materials by the User will result in postponing the completion date.
  4. The Administrator provides the opportunity for two rounds of revisions within each project stage.

VII. Copyright

  1. All copyrights to the materials provided by the User remain their property.
  2. Upon full settlement of payment for the Service, the copyrights to the completed works are transferred to the User.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to include the completed works in their portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

VIII. Complaints and Refunds

  1. The User has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days of receiving the Service.
  2. The complaint should include a description of the defect and the User's expectations regarding its resolution.
  3. The Administrator reviews the complaint within 14 working days of its receipt.
  4. In the case of digital services provided on a custom-made basis, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply, under Article 38 point 1 of the Consumer Rights Act.

X. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service apply from 1 January 2025.
  2. In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law and European Union law shall apply.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at any time. The current version of the Terms of Service is always available on the Website.
